Welcome to our prestigious guesthouse at the gates of Aix-en-Provence ! The country house in which you will stay was built in the 19th century , it was a hunting lodge and an outbuilding of the Château de Valmousse . The history of La Bastide des Grands Chênes is directly linked to that of the Château. The country house has been brought up to date , while preserving its history and authenticity . Each space continues to proudly represent the past of this emblematic building of the region. La Bastide des Grands Chênes is an ideal place for relaxation , leisure and meetings .

OURThis charming guest house is located just 30 minutes from Aix-en-Provence , in the countryside of the village of Lambesc . You will be in a peaceful , exotic location , but in close proximity to the largest cities on the Côte d'Azur and the region's points of interest . Recharge your batteries in this enchanting place , surrounded by nature .

The authenticity of the place

Our charming guesthouse and its 530 m² have been decorated in a bohemian-chic style . Its past , its history and its authenticity have not been tainted. You will enjoy relaxing in your room, sharing a pleasant moment in the living room with the library or to find yourself in the wooded garden . You will also have at your disposal by the swimming pool, a fully furnished terrace with its summer kitchen.

Breakfast

Every morning, between 8:30 and 11:00 , we offer a gourmet breakfast which will be served in the garden or on the veranda , depending on the weather. Take the time to eat the most important meal of the day, filling your plate with bread , pastries , fresh fruit , cheese , cold meats , cereals , yogurt and hot drinks .

The garden and the swimming pool

As soon as the weather is nice , take a stroll in our 8,000 m² wooded park . You will enjoy sitting in the shade of a large oak tree , on the garden furniture or on the terrace . To refresh yourself from May to September , we have a 15 m long and 6 m wide swimming pool at your disposal. All around, you will find sun loungers and parasols . We will lend you pool towels.

At La Bastide des Grands Chênes, we offer five charming and prestigious guest rooms on the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence . You can reach your room between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. and you must leave it before 11 a.m. If you arrive earlier, you can drop off your luggage at La Bastide.
